Artist Statement
Kate creates her art with humor and expression to depict some of her favorite wildlife and raise funds for their conservation. She also makes stickers.
Edmonds Connection
Kate was a born and raised Edmonds resident until she moved to Seattle 2017, but still works and shows exclusively in Edmonds. During college she was an Edmonds Arts Festival Scholarship Artist, and has participated for years in the Edmonds Arts Festival Juried Gallery. Kate volunteers yearly with the Edmonds Arts Festival, as well as on the Studio Tour steering committee as the Webmaster and Application Coordinator.
