To make it a little easier on you (and us!) we're trying something a little different this year. Only a handful of these are fields are required of you, especially new questions, (the required fields are marked with an asterisk *), but next year even fewer of these will be required. That's right, since we already have it on file you don't have to go digging for your WA State UBI number. Please just fill in the required fields and any fields that need to be updated from last year. If you're not sure if something needs to be updated, you can check your artist page here. I do want to remind you that, while some preference is given to returning artists, it is not a guarantee of acceptance-- and fulfilment of the previous year's contractual obligations are considered when reviewing applications. That said, I'm very glad you enjoyed working with us enough to want to come back, and I hope we get the chance to work together again!
